I would drop the Recreate/Anabolic Pump, and opt for a solid ALA product for glucose disposal.
And I am not sure about adding T-X to Thyrotabs???

can this be laid out or has it already been started.
You seem to have a few thyro supps in play, which the good doc has said theres 2 that could be used together, however jus sayin fu*k it and rollin, I'd pry add in things slowly, and I'm sure D would say the same.

Go with 7-oxo instead of ALRI Tx.

What im doing is waiting on the supplement stuff untill my diet gets in check. I have been without a paycheck for a lil over 4 weeks so I don't have mone to buy the food I need. I have been rationing my food and really haven't been eating at all. But my strength keeps rising and my weight stays the same.

I want to hit a good solid diet for at least 21 days so my body gets used to whats it is going to be living on. I'm probly one of the most stubborn guys when it comes to actually taking supps past a multi and protein. So starting this recomp has been in the making for weeks.
