I would say to get some pre-workout something mix with creatines / citrulline, etc rather than just a straight NO product which I believe are a waste of money.

I agree, for the most part worthless. D_ posted some interesting things on arginine and GH production, however that was for pre-bed supplementation.

If you aren't looking for the too terribly stimed effect Fast Twitch is one of my favorites. I only had a sample of white flood but it was pretty decent. Rag was good but nearing the end of the tub it started upsetting my stomach.
