I cannot really say how good it is other than anecdotal evidence. I usually log my supplements to see if they are worth buying again. But, oddly I was somewhat busy/lazy to pay too much attention to how I was doing in the gym because I got into the gym very erratically.
However, anecdotal evidence I can provide. I did get a bit more acne which is odd for me and I am usually very mellow and I did feel slightly agitated. Not to mention my "loads" were higher in volume. I will give it another shot sometime soon and actually low it.
