I've had the seal come off when I unscrew the lid before. It's happened a few times actually. The products were from reputable sits too, and some were even straight from the company itself. Usually, though, I could hear the seal coming off while I was twisting the lid.

Hopefully you haven't been screwed.

Hmmm well I emailed the website and they said it was normal, but the owner say that was out of place, but if youve said youve gotten it from reputable sites as well it could just be a normal happenstance. I emailed the owner of Sci / Primaforce to see what he thinks about the companys reply:

^^ I don't like how in the end though they are trying to shut me up with the ol' "you got a great deal so be happy" bullshit. I don't care if it costed $5 bucks or $500 bucks, if the product has been tampered with I don't want it.

Wow. That is a horrible, disrespectful response from the site. It does seem dubious: they're claiming that primaforce put the wrong seal on, which I find hard to believe, and then they brag about how cheap it was and tell you that you should be grateful. Just wow. Given their behavior and questionable reason for why the seal came off, I would definitely be skeptical.

Hopefully Primaforce can give you a better answer. Good luck and I'm sorry that happened.
