you should definitely notice it by now, but epi is pretty mild, not that far off from halo. any libido change? it brings mine up a bit. But if you needed 60 for phera to be noticeable/no sides, then maybe you do need to bump epi a bit higher. I've seen people run straight cycles as high as 60mg before but I think thats too high. Heard one person mention getting "phera like" bulking at 70mg a day. still kinda hefty dosing. 50 shouldn't be too ridiculous.

Good info, thanks.

What do you think about switching style of training from all compound lifts to more of a blend of compound and iso?

Libido change? I have no libido, which is about normal... considering my wife pisses me off 24/7 and it makes me not want to screw anything.

The two times I used Havoc somewhat solo I didnt reallly feel much until the beginning of week 2, then the beginning of week 3. So dont be surprised if your killin it in the gym the next few days.

I am juuust ending week 2 but have only been on 40 for a few days... probably do 3 more at 40 and bump if I dont notice much. Actually I am noticing some mild back pumps.. everything else seems OK though.

training sort of is training I think. The compound shouldn't affect it all that much. with havoc being a bit drier of a compound you are likely to maybe get joint pain if you are prone to that when your estrogen levels go low, so that may alter your training in terms of maybe doing higher reps with lower weights, but other than that...

True i did Epi for 6 weeks at 30-60mgs.....Im sure you could handle 50 or 60mgs USF
I felt it after a week ( i was also at 40mgs after a week)
