Default non surgical gyno treatment

Hey guys,
I recently went to the doctor and he said I have a mild case of gyno on my left side. It has been present for a little over 2 years now, but it is at its worse now. When my nipples are "un-hard", the left one is puffier and when they get hard there is extra tissue under my left nipple that pushes it out and is a lot bigger than my right. My question is what is my best bet non-surgically to get rid of this? I have seen the studies on Raloxifene and that is the way I am leaning. Would you guys go with Raloxifene, ATD, topical DHT, Epistane, Havoc? I would really like to take care of this but do not have the money for surgery at this point in time. I was hoping if I could try an alternative first, I might not need the surgery. Any help or suggestions would be awesome.

I'm seeming to recall that an AI won't do anything, you need either tamox or torem.

AI + SERM AI because total estro is too high which is the cause of the problem and Serm to combat the localized problem.

Try Nolve 20,20,20 ATD 50,25,25 and see if it starts to subside.I have bouts with gyno and this usaully gets me back on track.Good luck!

I dont think Ralox is "generally accepted" for this quite yet.

There are so many routes you could take. In the end the most reliable is probably surgery. But you need to get your hormonal values in check first otherwise you will continue to have problems (assuming your E is still elevated). I would start by having your doc test your blood values.

I've seen numerous people use things like ralox, letro, topical dht, even inj PGCL straight into the nip. They seem pretty inconsistent in terms of results.

surgery is the last resort here and i do not have the money for it right now. i was hoping something like ralox, nolva, etc. would help so maybe i wouldnt have to have the surgery. if u guys were going to suggest what to take, how much to take, etc, what would it be? i will see about getting blood work done.

I'm 170, 5'10" and pretty muscular so I'd say at most 10 or 11 percent
