Default Suggestions for new pre-work supplement
Ok guys, I am looking of a new pre-workout voluminizer/energy supp to test for the next month.

I just finished a month-long test of ALRI - WTF -Pump'd (Love the name - wife thinks it's childish, of course see thinks I am too).

My requirements are nominal:

It must have no carbs - I follow a ketogenic diet so anyhting with more than 2-3 carbs is out.

I'll gladly log it here what ever the selection turns out to be.

Well, I am not a fan of glycerol myself...

But I like how you think as has been discussed in PMs and I do the CKD thing too.

Ever try MAN Body Octane and/or Clout? A bit pricier than the ALRI product you mention, but ingredient wise - unmatched; especially if talking efficiacious quantities.

That said, you may not care for the taste of Clout, but Body Octane is my any-time drink. :wink:

Unfortunately its hard to find pre-workout products without arginine. Arginine has been shown to lessen the GH response when taken pre-workout, which isn't good. It's also hard to find a pre-workout supp without caffeine, which also has negative effects upon the body.

That is honestly the first thing I would change, but I would imagine people have told you that before so I wont try and convince you. I have heard good things about MAN Clout and White Blood, but havent used em personally.

do you have an article on the arginine issue TI, as everyone seems to be using arginine (myself included) i'll take gh response over the arginine pump anyday
