IMO the differences in body composition would be minor, at best, between someone who used BCAA/EAA supplements and someone who didn't, assuming diet and training were very similar.
I just don't think it's worth the extra money. I'd rather spend that on real food.
Lemme see...18grams of EAA's at a time...That's a lot of building blocks bro. Take that times 60 in a tub and you have a friggin brick outhouse. Not only that, but you can cut out some of the protein you supplement with because that is why you are consuming the protein in the first place...for the amino acids (ie:100+bonded aminos=1 protein)
