I don't know exactly what you mean by "fat loss over baseline," but I lost 35 pounds in the month of June alone. I have already gained back ten pounds of it though. And I can definitely tell that I am HYPOthyroid right now. My scale weight isn't changing very much, but I am becoming fat as phuck right now. Especially in my face and thighs for some reason. Other sides to mention. I don't know if this is directly related to my thyroid stack, but my hair has been falling out at a VERY rapid rate lately. I lose so much hair just from showering that it would bring many men to tears. I also experienced a racing heart/irregular heartbeat. If you'd ask me if I'd do it again and my answer would be, "maybe, but not likely." To say it was incredibly effective would be an understatement. But with me 'believing' that I'm HYPO right now, the crazy heart, and the horrible shedding should easily detour most people. I cannot refute the amount of weight & fat lost though.

My fat loss is quite moderate as I started at 12/13% bodyfat.
Loss fat off my upper body and legs, only a little around the abs. Will end protocol in a few days, 3 day to be precise as my 30 day run of it will be up. Ok its was a fair amount of fat off my back and legs but I really wanted more off my tummy area so I am not really a happy camper becos of this. But my calorie deficit was much smaller than baseline. So it does the job.
I didn't get any bad sides, else I'd drop the dose or protocol entirely. Thirst and hunger pangs which doesn't help but made me eat a meal every 3/4 hours.
I do take 500mg of iodine and about 1g of tyrosine ongoing. That and 7keto dosing is going to be up serious in the coming weeks while I switch to another leaning route.
