Obviously I am ubnhappy with the level of cutomer service here. But, with that being said, might I suggest you either establish a better line of communication with your wharehouse......or at least establish a better line of communication with your customer(me). I am seriously considering alternatives now.

That would have been due to one warehouse not having your product and having to get it and ship it from a different warehouse. I do apologize, this does happen though.

NO.............a package WAS shipped out on the 20th, yes, but my CLA was not shipped out until the 25th!!! Here is the email.

Thank you for your email. I show that you ordered your package on the 18th, your package was shipped out on the 20th. This is 2 days, now, once your package gets into UPS hands we really cannot do anything about how much time that they take to get the package to you. As far as the email goes, After every order there is an email that gets sent out, assuming that the customer has an email address, when a customer places an order or if there is a problem with the order. An example of this would be a product being out of stock for more than 2 weeks, amanufacturer discontinuation or something along those lines. I do apologize that your order took so long to get to you. More likely than not the order took so long either due to a product being out of stock and coming back into stock, a warehouse not getting a certian product that you may need.

Obviously you did not READ my ticket. I know my tracking number and I HAVE tracked it. But the deal with me is that my UPS parcel was not sent out for FIVE days. No email, or phone call apologizing for the delay. I have been with DA and you have been my favorite vendor for years, but I've never had this happen. You're response makes me wonder if you even care.

Man, I haven’t received my order that I placed on the 20th of June. I know there are adverse weather conditions, but it didn’t even ship for like 6 days. Same thing happened on my previous order with my Sesaglow. Why is there such a delay in shipping it out. I do not feel this is good customer service and certainly NOT the service I have been used to with DA over the years.
