Default Customer service deal at DA

Sorry didn't really know where to post this but I wanted some thoughts from you guys on this.
What would you guys do here?

I suspect that a recent order of Phenibut that I got from Discount Anabolics is total bunk…..or so fucking weak that it should be called phenibunk.

The brand is Anabolic Pro-Line and while I’ve used this brand in the past with no issues, the current bottle I have is NOT right.

Below is the thread from my customer service support ticket.
While I can understand that DA isn’t responsible for the quality of different manufacturer's products….IMO they made absolutely no effort to retain me as a customer (I have spent a bunch of money at DA over the last 1.5 years....a BUNCH!).

I'm concerned with the quality of a recently opened 100g container of Anabolic Pro-Line Phenibut.
First of all, It doesn't taste anything like ANY brand of phenibut that I have used in the past, and even tastes different than the Anabolic Pro-Line brand that I have used before. (This powder has a sweet taste...NOT bitter like all other brands that I've used)

Second, it has little to no effect, even when dosed at a high rate (believe me this is not a tolerance issue) I used up a bottle of Anabolic Pro-Line and switched to this newer bottle and can dose twice the amount with NO effect at all.

Third, The powder is clumped. (I know that some bulk powders clump, but this is the ONLY time I have ever seen phenibut clump, and even the other bottle of Anabolic Pro-Line wasn't clumped).

I don't have the specific order number that I purchased this bottle on, I've had many orders of many different products from DA in the past, this is the first time I have ever had ANY issue with product or services when doing business with DA.

Please advise, and Thanks

Thank you for your email. Travel is the main reason as to why there was clumping going on. This is mainly due to the air pressure, travel, heat and a host of other factors. The taste may be different due to the fact that the product was manufacured by a different company. This happens all of the time and most of that time the different manufcturers add thier own little tweaks to the recipies. This explains the taste and possibly the potentcy of the product.

SNS, Prima Force, 1fast400, and Anabolic Pro-Line...this Anabolic Pro-Line even tasted different than the Anabolic Pro-Line I had just finished.

I wouldn't be so mad had they written back and said...sorry dude you probably did get some bunk phenibut, but there is nothing we can do about it, we can't be responsible

Yeah dude, that's ridiculous. I hate it when stupid CSR's piss down your back like that and tell you it's just rainin'. I would call direct if I were you, email's are usually answered by illiterate monkeys that paste pre-fabbed answers into a response space and send it to you with their best regards.
Just make sure your emotions are in check before you call and never let go of control of the conversation by being too demanding and you will usually get what you want. If not, find another online store.

I'll probably let it go over the weekend, then call on Tuesday of next week.

I agree with supa bro.. keep emotions in check and give them a call. It is sometimes hard to get issues resolved over email.

Now, at least someone finally admits that the shit they have is coming from the source as an impure product and that they are still trying to pass it off as pure. What crap.

Any of those "tweaks" listed on the label? Fuck no. And what the fuck do they really mean? Spiking it with other benzos, antipsychotics? wtf?

DA (and most everyone else):

"Come on buy our pure Phenibut (and anything else we sell) that the manufacture spiked with some unknown chemical (we don't really give a fuck as long as you buy it) - Oh yeah, if it doesn't work like it is suppose to, its no big deal, its just that its not really phenibut....its some lead paint sprinkled with gabapentin."

What makes it worse is that they have the nerve to post a lab analysis on it, then claim a "tweak".....fuck you....their was no fucking recipe, it was supposed to be 98.1% pure!

I had two bottles sitting side by side and one had no clumps, tasted bitter and worked fine, the other taste like sugar, is clumpy and NOTHING when dosed at 2x the grams from the other bottle.

I'm done with DA, when they could have made good by simply showing concern, I never even asked that they replace the product.....but DO NOT blow smoke up my ass!!!!

Thank you for your email. I show that you ordered your package on the 18th, your package was shipped out on the 20th. This is 2 days, now, once your package gets into UPS hands we really cannot do anything about how much time that they take to get the package to you. As far as the email goes, After every order there is an email that gets sent out, assuming that the customer has an email address, when a customer places an order or if there is a problem with the order. An example of this would be a product being out of stock for more than 2 weeks, amanufacturer discontinuation or something along those lines. I do apologize that your order took so long to get to you. More likely than not the order took so long either due to a product being out of stock and coming back into stock, a warehouse not getting a certian product that you may need.

Man, I haven’t received my order that I placed on the 20th of June. I know there are adverse weather conditions, but it didn’t even ship for like 6 days. Same thing happened on my previous order with my Sesaglow. Why is there such a delay in shipping it out.
