I think I'm going to be right in line with your "2 caps upon rising and an additional 1 cap between 2-4pm".
I dosed two in am and one at 6:00 pm last night before heading to the gym....I was up a little late due to the later dose, slept well and felt good this morning, but I'm sure it would catch up with me if I was to continue this schedule over week or two.
This morning I took 1 cap on an empty stomach then I had my morning shake about 15 min later, then dosed another cap about 45 min later. This helped me to not have the slight gitters that I had when dosing two caps at the same time.
I just got through with a 4 hr monthly meeting and I felt fabulous for the whole 4 hrs...calm, collected yet energetic, attentive.....good stuff so far!
