Anabolic Pump didn't do anything for me. I used varying times, varying amounts of carbs, varying kinds of carbs, read the manual, asked numerous questions on another forum, didn't do jack. Didn't feel the heavenly pump, no change in body composition.

I agree with one of the posters on the previous page. I think many of the results people see while on AP is due to the efficiency and dialing down of the diet rather than the supplement itself.

IMO, most supps on the market are garbage.
