Yes imo the cost/benefit ratio is much better. I say that having never used a fiber supp though. But just looking at the labels I was not impressed.

Technically yes as he preaches "no carbs at all". But remember the basic diet is just a starting point. We dont ever see how he adjusts carbs for each athelete he trains.
I think throwing in one of these carb tortillas a day around workout times (pre/post) would not hurt you considering its only 10grams of net carbs.
You could use ALA/R-ALA before eating it to further ensure you remain in ketosis or at least stay close.
Still you really want to get at least 30gram of fiber per day so adding in a fiber supplement would not hurt. Or perhaps another fibrous food.
