Default X factor and activate extrme stack

I wuz stack em until Dinoiii said in a diff forum that" Nettle + Arachidonic Acid are a conflict of interest". Q-can i use activate extreme after finishin the x factor?

Thanks 4ur advice.Im 6'1",185pds,work out 5times aweek my calories intake is 3500 and protein 160g.Im tryin to bulk wat else can stack wit X factor?

I would suggest running it solo so you can assess how individually well x-factor works.

You need to be eating more protein. 1 gram for every pound of body weight is maintenance. If you want to gain I would be eating at least 1.5 grames per pound of body weight. So in your case that would be at least 278 grams of protein each day. If you get most of that from the food you eat (and not just adding another 4 protein shakes to your diet) you should be able to gain pretty well as that will most likely add more carbs and fat to your diet. If you eat clean you can bulk with out gaining much fat.

The most important supplement you can take is food. You could be taking the best stack ever and not gain much of anything if you don't have a diet to back up your gains. You don't build muscle at the gym you tear it down. Its the food you eat at the dinner table and the sleep you get at night that puts muscle on. Lift big, eat big, and sleep big if you want to get big.
