You need to look at your carbs kind of like you look at your proteins. You have your Isolate's "Extremely Processed Protein" fast delivery. Just like you have your Vitargo / Karbolyn "Extremely Processed Carbs" fast delivery. WMS usually isn't processed to the degree of the Vitargo / Karbolyn hince the reason it is a chalky powder. There has been a few studies on high processed carbs "unfortunetly not enough yet" that show the benefits.

I honesty can feel the processed carbs working, my muscles swell, when taking them post-workout "it can be a crazy feeling sometimes". This tells me they are being saturated with any supplements that I included with them, and should in return speed up my recovery time and help my muslces grow. This really depends on your daily carb intake though. I personally beleive the majority of your carb intake, should be taken around the period of your workout time, and you should fuel your workout's with the cleanest carbs you can get.
