calling all LB brothers and sisters

I am looking to run a non hormonal stack to boost libido and gain muscle/recomp. I am unsure of which to use and which are overkill/save for another time.

Here is what I have:

2 bottles of mass fx (new version)
2 bottles of hyperdrol x2
1 bottle of nutra planet trione (6-oxo)
75/90 jungle warfare (new version)
50 grams of horny goat weed (20% icariin)
50 grams of alcar
50 grams of bulk nettle root(95%)

I am 6'2 and weigh about 220-225 lbs at approx 18-20% bf after a 3 month layoff.

2 Questions:

1) What dosages should be capped for the bulk powders to be efficient at 220-225lbs?
2) What is the best way to use the following in a stack, which would u choose or leave out?

Libido boost has been relayed to me by a friend to work exceedingly well with 1-2g Stinging Nettle and 0.5-1G Horny goat weed 2xDay (at your weight, might as well try 2g/1g x2 and see what gives after 2 weeks). Not sure of % extract he has.
