Has anyone tried this?
I'm taking a Multi, protein, and creatine. For a month or two I want to add something to the mix. Sort of an 'x factor' to help me add some muscle.
I am looking for maximum upper body muscular development, short of injury. I want to stay 'legal', but I'm not worried about weight gain.
I have been reading decent things about T Bomb II.
Anything anyone would recommend instead?
