Default Before Sleep supplementation

We all know how important it is to get some quality sleep, to get the muscles rebuilt.

anyone have any "must have" supplements you take before sleep to maximize recovery and muscle growth?

also and "must NOT" supplements??

personally I always eat or have a shake before bed, and toss in about 1.5g valerian.

ZMA is really essential, umm I usually have a protein shake with oats and some olive oil + b vitamin after that and hit the sack.

10g's ED.

whey proteins have different forms of glutamine, they have the glutamic acids, which to my understanding is far different from glutamine. and the whey also has bcaa's and although they are not free form, I did not see benefit from using the free from version (Xtreme Form ICE) I may try it again, we'll see though. Anywho, 5g pwo or mixed in with my other bulk powders if I am not working out, and I have 2 separate bulk mixes in a day whether its a workout or non workout day, so yes 10g's ed.

I've read so many articles saying the glutamine is the shizit, and then see just as many saying it's a complete waste of $$... at best I've heard this stuff described as "conditionally essential" and "immune-system boosting", but shouldn't we bet getting enough in our Protein shake these days any-ho?
