are they still giving out the free samps of RPM? I emailed him yesterday but he didnt respond. I didnt know if they just show up on some day and dont tell you they are coming

yeah, pretty much they just show up, he doesn't necessarily have time to answer each one, but he can print them and have someone send out samples to all he collects in x days.
