Heres some protocols listed by L. McD on how to get rid of stubborn fat:

1) Low Carb diet + low intensity aerobic activity

-reduce carbs to 20% or less of total calories
-cardio done fasted or not
-recommends caffeine (100-200mg) + 1-3g l-tyrosine taken before hand to jack up catecholamine response
-durations, 45-60 minutes
-intensity, low to moderate, 130-140 BPM or a RPE of 3-4

2) Oral yohimbine + low intensity aerobic activity

-Really the same thing as above, just add in .2mg/kg of yohimbine to that pre-workout mix
-Low carb diet is not necessary, may help more, but not necessary when using the yohimbine
-Make sure if you are taking yohimbine that its on an empty stomach, insulin completely negates its effects.
-Make sure its Yohimbine HCl


They are not exclusive to one another, you can mix them up or whatnot, to be done 2-3 times a week, most won't be able to handle normal training + doing the above 3 times a week, so 2 times a week is most recommended.

So a 220 pounds man would take 20mg YHCL.

I'd say try that and test your personal tolerance. Bump it as high as you can without significant sides. ....

I don't like anything other than yohimbine HCl, its a 'cleaner' version, the regular powder has other stuff in it that can give harsh sides, Lyle McD talked about this as well.

Yes, take your bodyweight in pounds, divide by 2.2, that will give you your weight in KG, then take that number and multiply by .2 that will give you your dosage
