1. I was thinking of of using about 5g of L-leucine added to my Post workout shake. Anyone used it? liked it? hated it? also I'm open to dosage suggestions
2. I'm constantly modifing my diet to make it better, but I was also looking around for a effect supplement to keep me extra lean, when I need the boost. Mostly for in between cycles, because I do mostly bulking cycles. The only stipulation is I don't want anything that will surpress my appetite. It's a lot easier for me to burn fat then to build muscle. I like CLA, but haven't tried a caffiene free version yet. I prefer mostly non-stimulant types. So far my findings have been leading me to green tea extract. Any thoughts about sesamin products? thanks in advance.
