Default Need opinions on L-leucine and fat burner

1. I was thinking of of using about 5g of L-leucine added to my Post workout shake. Anyone used it? liked it? hated it? also I'm open to dosage suggestions

2. I'm constantly modifing my diet to make it better, but I was also looking around for a effect supplement to keep me extra lean, when I need the boost. Mostly for in between cycles, because I do mostly bulking cycles. The only stipulation is I don't want anything that will surpress my appetite. It's a lot easier for me to burn fat then to build muscle. I like CLA, but haven't tried a caffiene free version yet. I prefer mostly non-stimulant types. So far my findings have been leading me to green tea extract. Any thoughts about sesamin products? thanks in advance.

I very much like the added recovery benefits of Leucine. In a discussion with Lee Priest at another forum, he indicates that recovery supplementation should be your first line. Things like glutamine, leucine, etc. I've found that one of the cheapest and most effective forms of recovery is Torrent by Universal. It has 8g of leucine, glutamine, creatine, waxy maize, and hydrolyzed whey all in one and tastes great!

Does anyone have a study on toxicity levels, I've seen that when the more common (leucine, isoleucine, valine) eaa's go out of the optimal 2:1:1 ratio it can cause toxicity issues. I believe MD had an article on this, and the studies were also showing that there was no added benefit with additional leucine outside of the 2:1:1 ratio.
