none of the above. FFAA are not what you are going for; the digestion rate is too quick, and most of the ones you listed would be basically useless/wasted pre-bed. BCAA, EAA, A, O in particular. Carnitine still doesn't make much sense (and is not a replacement to slow-digestion protein), glutamine is consternated about if there is actually any effect to it in this application - but it still falls into the problem of carnitine.
The casein pre-bed is the best option you have so far. The slower digestion rate helps maintain out of a catabolic state.
