I really like creatine (not mono, one of the chelates, orotate, and/or gluconate preferrably), GMS (2-3g), Leucine, Tyrosine, GPA, glucoronolactone (sp?), sulbutiamine, ALCAR, Green tea extract, some caffeine, methyl-B12, Citrulline malate, schisandra, rhodiola, icariin.
I've taken this combo before in the past and love it.
