saw the pp fat loss stack and its got a topical fat burner with it. this has got me wondering what everyones opinions on topical fat burners are. do you use them? which ones have you tried? which ones work? would you recommend one or are oral fat burners a better option?

their are a few out there and so far I am pleased with PrimordialPerformance Fat Loss Stack it is a great deal .And it smells good , it is to early for me to say it works great but I still have like 6 1/2 weeks left lol.

topical fat burners don't burn the fat where it is applied per se. they release the fat where applied, and if it is burned through metabolism then you lose it. if you just apply and sit on your butt, you won't lose anything, it will just be redeposited accordingly. i have not tried them so i cannot comment on effectiveness, just on how they work.
