hey guys,
just doing a little extensive research for my summer course midterm paper, came across this reading. Its a bit long, but this is for anyone who really wants to know more about the many forms of creatine out today. I love learning, but hate when i have to do it on a satuday night. ahhh summer courses!

Good find bro...I use Size On sometimes...it has creatine gluconate...works pretty well.

thanks, def could have put tons more up lol.

i hear ya there bro, i love it, its solid. i use it during pct and off cycle. got it all lined up for the comming pct...gained 18 lbs (pretty clean) and only in my 3ed week and have 2 more weeks of mdrol at 20 mg and ptren at 120...no sides so far

i cant stand the taste of size-on, the only creatine that i used and know i got results off of was....cell tech lol. i used cell mass (cee) for awhile and yes i did get stronger, but i also started power building around that time also. do you guys take the tabs or powder size-on

Took Size on once and man my piss smelt like garbage it was ridiculous Idk how well it worked for me I don't really remember...Honestly I'm so cheap with my creatine I just use regular Monohydrate I like the water weight any weight I can gain I love...So for 10 bucks and it works monohydrate does it for me...I just have a hard time spending more than 25 bucks on some creatine like the cell mass I'm sure I can find it online cheaper than the 42 bucks they sell it for at my gym but whatever. And with the Size on I took the pills, had to take like 6 or 8 of them too I remember.
