Running a clean month
Well I seem to constantly be moving from one thing to the next, its a need for something to get me going pre-workout.
Just curious what you guys think, should someone clear out everything? for isntance, I have been using creatine and beta-alanine for quite sometime now and am thinking to take a full month off before starting up again. I want honest opinions here, is it really worth it or do you think it won't matter?
I am gonna use creatine throughout my contest prep, along with b.a. and just curious if the receptors need a good cleaning first.

Same here, we'll see what the common response is and go from there, can only do a month though, then contest prep fun!

I wouldn't recommend going off the creatine and BA, keep yourself saturated of creatine, and BA itself raises carnosine levels slowly and keep them rising for I think close to 12 weeks, so cutting the BA will only reset you in terms of carnosine levels.
For a pre-workout boost, I would try to go the non-stimulant route or at least cycle them as dinoiii has pointed out before, some companies also have caffeine free versions of their preworkout powders too.
