Hey Sampson!

I'm taking DCP right now! What kind of results did you see from it? How long did you take it? When you stopped taking it, did you lose the 3-6 pounds from water retention?

I was very impressed with my run of DCP. I do not remember exaclty how long ago I ran it, but it was atleast 5 months ago. Just ran it for a month, but lost about 3.5 pounds in total. However, I do not recall having much water retention when I ran it.....I certainly didn't lose an additional 3-6 lbs on the scale after I stopped taking it. Everyone is different though. I actually had an increase in appetite with it also, and was eating above maintence calories, but still dropped some belly fat. I was, however, doing a decent amount of cardio as well, so I am sure that contributed.

I plan on taking it again quite soon actually. I think I am going to stack it with Leviathan Reloaded and see how that goes.

That's fantastic! If it's not too personal, can I ask how much cardio you did? I removed cardio from my workouts a while ago, but I'm seriously contemplating adding it back in to get these pounds moving!

I was running on the treadmill for 20 minutes, following by 10 minutes on the eliptical, followed by 10 minutes on the bike (if i felt like it).

I was doing this 3-4 times per week.
