Default Back Injury

I kno its been awhile since i been on here, but i figured I'd tell y'all wats been up. Well my school put me in the weight training class since I pretty much have taken everything that I need to graduate, and I know now why weight training classes suk ass, cause a couple weeks ago I was doing push-press and I threw the weight up and the momentum shifted backwards and bent my back pretty far back and my spotters werent paying attention cause they were to busy talking bout god knows wat. So long story short my back got fuck'd up, And the doctors is telling me I dont need to work out for 3 or 4 months. Its pretty fucked up.

Really shitty, but listen to him. Did you get an x-ray or MRI done? If so, did he tell you what's wrong?

A bad back, especially at your age, REALLY sucks. I have the same problem as well, but it's gotten better the past couple months.

That sucks bro... similar shit happened to me about 2 years ago... like LBVT said bad back at a young age sucks so make sure you take the necessary time and steps to recover! Sucks but worth it in the long run bro

Yea I had a x-ray and a mri done. the x-ray showed up with nothing, but the mri said I have a intruding disc or something like that. So apparently the soft tissue is pushing towards the spinal cord instead of normal back injurys were they push away from it. The doc told me that if I work out before he tells me I can start back than I run the risk of hurting it worse and a further injury could cause paralysis.

hell yea.. just cause the doctor said 3 months doesnt mean it will take that long. waht i did was take it week to week basically... give it a good full month but then adjust accordingly. Regardless I would recommend taking it easy on your back no matter how it feels for a while.
