Initial anabolic diet news:

1. Yesterday I hit ketosis hard (I dont think this is a goal of AD though?). Symptoms of ketosis were all about me.

2. I was shocked that I reached ketosis so quickly. It seems to be quicker and quicker each week I was on the UD 2.0 diet. Probably b/c I was not fully replenishing glycogen stores?

3. I'm eating approx 4500-5000 kcals/day right now. Breakdown is 56% fat, 40% protein, 6% carbs. Note that I am getting in 70g's of carbs/day however 41g's are in the form of fiber. So a net of like 29g's of carbs.

4. Weight has held steady between 192-193lbs.

5. Pondering a 3 day carb up vs 2 based on the above.
