On my max attempt I went down an just as I started to come back up I sorta leaned left and put slightly more weight on the left leg/knee. This bothered my right knee. Took a look at boris' vids and he basically just said to do more unilateral work. How much f'in more unilateral work can I do

FML. Nervous for my 2nd date with thsi girl tomorrow. I neva get nervous. Oh I think I like her, yes I do. Hopefully I haz a good pornochio to tell Friday. We are actually gonna be drinking on this date so things should be more relaxed...
I had a great workout today. Benched 300 for the first time-actually wasn't too hard, I'll try 310 or 315 in ten days. Also did some back work...100 pull-ups, took me 12 sets, but got'r dun. Finished with incline bench, LAt pull-downs (tried to pull down 250, but was a bit gassed after the pull-ups and everything else), and shrugs.
Felt awesome after. Went by every mirror giving myself a mental high-five. Took a dump about an hour and a half after my workout and when I reached behind to clean-up...my f'n lats cramped up! I tried to alternate sides but it just kept getting worse! Finally had to do the "reach through" technique to get off the pot.
Thought I'd share that with you guys for a laugh. My bi's and forearms are giving me fits now-can't even take a long drink without cramping.
