xj - do you run that extensive warm-up for all movements or is that just for the big compund moves?

i think i'm going to incorporate your warm-up routine.

No point in doing that for something like rear delts or probably not even biceps/triceps, where the weight range you'd be able to handle is not so broad. Thus you won't need as much acclimation, just a set or two at most.
