That's got to be water weight.
I'm a little irritated that I lost 4lbs scale pounds in the 1st week of pct. I'm sure it's not all fat.
Thinking a lot could be some dehydration. I had some diarrhea and stress issues all this week.
But at least my strength hasn't dramatically declined or anything.
And you just don't lose muscle at that rate either.
...or do you?
