But seriously how can 1 hour of nutrition out of 24 possible hours make or break our efforts? Its minimal.
And Polquin is a sell out. Unless your referring to his very early days he now says shit like "I've been using biotest creatine for years with great results...". Biotest creatine is like 2-3 years old. Pffft.
