I had Chicken Tandori last night. I have to say its quite a bit better than plain chicken. Not quite as good as Thai Chicken Satay, but its a close 2nd. I wasn't able to order it hot and spicy (no homo) so I went with mild. It still had a nice kick to it, but I have no idea if it increased my metabolism or not being I don't exactly know what was in the chicken tandori to make it spicy and whether or not that particular ingredient would have in fact, raised my metabolism to any significant degree. I did notice however that it was a dark red, which immediately I thought might have just been food dye similar to what Panda Express uses for their 'plum' sauce. Looks more like ATF than plum sauce. But this red didn't come off onto my fingers or my face so I didn't end up looking like Ronald McDonald after a meal of this red spicy chicken. I had their Garlic Naan as well, but it wasn't too impressive. It was a flat bread like every other culture has. Greek, Indian (feather kind, not dot kind), Mexican, etc. It did have cilantro on it, which gave it a good flavor, and the salad had feta which is always a nice touch. Over all I think I'll be eating Chicken Tandori again, or perhaps even building an order of it myself.

Tandori chicken is cooked in a special oven, its pretty cool. hard to duplicate at home but not impossible

I guess its some sort of clay oven...or....something.

All I know is it was good.
