Ive being trying to figure out my cholesterol issues and have been avoiding training for the time being.
Im down 15lbs and loosing size and strength.
Im sitting at 214lb right now and look very small,,at least i think i do.
My arms have shrunk as well as my shoulders and back.
I really hate this!
The funny thing is im loosin quite a bit of belly fat too??
My body is loosing mass but im gaining more definition.
My diet has been bad as well as my partying habbits and i need to clean it up as i wann get back in the gym soon.
Im on hhold till i get my cholesterol in check tho..
It just sucks to see all my size/strength going away and training habbits:(
I seriously feel skinny,,i miss the veins POPPING and STRENGTH and AGGRESION..
One positive is,,,i feel SOOOOO much more hornier!!!
I get wood all the time now,,,when cycling every so many months there i forgot what it felt like to be clean for awhile i guess??
But now,,im popping wood and down to lay my chick when before i was kinda ova her,lol
