I don't know which HS chest machine it is I don't think its incline, but I use it exclusively for my heavy lifts rather than a barbell. Right now I'm hitting 5 plates/side for 7 reps +3 assisted. My front delts have gotten bigger but my chest gets hit hard, and I don't have to worry about eating a barbell.
Mainly I think since you know what you're doing, and you use a HS machine, I feel a little more confident that I'm not wasting my time using one.
