alright so I hit legs today finally and some bis

totally burned out my legs!! felt so good not being able to walk right..tbag knows how this feels every friday night...I know thats not that much weight I can positively do more.

then I hit bis with some reverse grip bb curls, incline curls, concentration curls, and some hammers
