and like db mil presses. they press up 75s for 3-4 reps and i am launching 100s-120s for 8-12.
i don't get it. at first i thought it was caloric intake and then once i started getting fat and gaining muscle at the same point i realized it wasn't caloric intake. i think it was my old training style of 10-12 reps for almost every fucking thing. i switched to my own modified DC and it's all fuckily puckily.
anyways i'm fucked on percocets right now so i am rambling. i hope these pain killers that i eat 2 days out of the week don't kill my gains or i'll be pissed.
maybe it's the juice. maybe they are mostly natural and since i juice i gain strength faster than mass?
that doesn't make sense.

duuuude i'm the same exact way!!! I don't look like I can move the weight I do and it PISSES me off. I've always trained the same way -- 10 reps on everything, same as you so that must be the key! holy shit "gixxer got ripped" training style??
