in other news my favorite new chest machine is the hammer strength incline press. 4 plates on each side and you can really grunt and get your swell on. people look at me like im an idiot

I could easily put up at least 130s by myself, and i'm confident in that...I just don't have the means right now..I have olympic DB handles but I have to walk to the gym when i'm at school. I'll be sure to bust those out this winter.
I hate the hammer strength incline press, it just feels like i'm working my shoulders.
