Well I survived another sick gym day, albeit grouchily:(
We hit shoulders hard today. Half way through my shoulders were hurting so bad I could not reach up to get my water. I survived snarling through the rest of the workout. I swear it was football training today. We supersetted EVERYTHING..well except 4 sets of 30 shrugs.
We did 100 x 4 sets on an ab stand of twists. And 30 x 4 sets of mountain climbers on the floor...football style.
She wants me to cut the tilapia and go to orange roughy as the only meat protein source , but I'm not sure this is possible.
