Got back day, abs and cardio in today. I did back day on my own tonight. I did 4 sets of hammer high pulls at 90lbs x 10 for sets and 140lbs x 6 for final set. I supersetted these with pull ups in between each set for 10 pull ups a set.
Did single arm low rows at 60 lbs a side for 3 set 10 reps. Supersetted with high rows at 60, 70 and 80lbs for 10reps.
Did pulldowns at 70, 80, 90lbs x 10 sset with rows at same weight.
Did a few other back things, played solo ab ball

I did this three times until failure with a 9lb ball, good cardio! Did crunches and machine crunches at 60lbs for 20 reps 3 sets.
Also did the dreaded cardio!!
