Well it was shoulder day, my last workout before the Arnold. I lost 2 lbs of water weight overnight due to the diuretics. I never realised how hard it is to hit the weights when you are dehyrated.

Either way she made me work hard!! She upped my weights to try to blow me up before the A. I was whining like a baby. I was so thirsty and tired. I'm glad its about to be over. I'm going to continue the diuretics for today. I'm undecided as to whether to take another day of var since it makes me puffy?

Ok its over for another year... But I'm not ready to quit! I came in really nice day 1 of the Arnold and was asked about competing by a fitness model for Gaspari.

It got me thinking about how much work I still needed and what I could look like if i applied myself. So I've decided to keep going! Now what I will take and for how long it will be safe is another story.

But I might take a week off Nat's training and do a week of my own then go back in for the long haul with her on Monday. That means the commintment to continue eating clean and let her kill me M-F. I think I can do it! If I do then next week after I pump up a week with her I will start progress pics.Something to keep myself going and noticing new cuts. I don't want to compete but would like to be stage ready alll the time.

Well I barely survived leg night last night. The trainer tried to talk me out of going but I've had too much time off.

I have the stomach flu so i was naseaous going in. I made it through all the way except her last exercise and she didn't want me to do it. So she sent me off too do calves which I made all the way but the last set before a run to the bathroom:(

I'm debating whether to keep my journey in this log or start another one. I want to update with pics along the way so I can judge my progress. Study what I need to make better.
