Had an awesome chest/shoulder day. Stregth is going up and its my weakest day.
I had prs of 60lbs on the pec deck.
Benched 85 on the benches...and I suck at bench!!
Was up to 70lbs on shoulder raises
Those were my
PR's strength was way up..endurance was through the roof. I could have went for another hr, cardio was a breeze!! I am PUMPED!
