I have zero clue whats in it...all I can say is its dark brown powder and it tastes bad. However it does seem to work.

Had a good chest and shoulder day today. Although my right shoulder seems to be acting up again.

I did abs as well.

Here is a mini of some of my highlights. I wont bore you with the whole thing.

I did flys with the best weight being 60lb x 5
Shoulders presses at 70lbs x 10

Nothing to exciting to say about chest day its my least fav day. But I will be going to the gym Sunday as well. Going to hit some cardio and leg day tomorrow.
