Well I had a quick day today . I put the kids in fitness bootcamp so we had 45 min to hit it hard! So we chose bis,tris, and forearms. To get it all done we had to move with little rest.
Don't let it get to ya. We all have our down days.

sorry for the sidetrack christine!!!!!! if it makes you feel better i just started post cycle so i'm sure my workouts might not be what they have been (hopefully i'm wrong though!!). keep your head up!
Lol she is intense. She sent me an e-mail that said to make it through her training I will have to be tough! I guess I'll find out monday. I know Sunday is a two part day. Ending with legs:(
