Just decided to start posting my workouts so I can get some feedback on my routine. I plan on lifting today around 5 and will post the workout sometime after.

Looking good celtic... how many days a week do you work out and how do you break it up? Upper body-lower body? Or how do you do it?

Damn, You do a lot of shit for one day bro. Chest, Shoulders, Biceps.

10 Different lifts
30 Sets

Thats rough on your body. How often do you do this? Looks like your chest is your best muscle group for sure. Lifts look pretty good, but man, I don't think my body could handle a workout like that. I typically workout 1-2 muscle groups per workout and about 4-6 lifts. I will keep an eye on this journal. I am interested to see what kind of results you get from a workout like that.

I start w/ this kind of day and follow it with a squat/lower body day, followed by a push press/military press shoulder day, and follow that with a power clean/ back day. After which I start the cycle over again. I lift 5 times a week. But you'll be able to see all of it when I do those workouts and post them.

So you do a press/military press shoulder day one day after you do:

Shoulder Raises:

Why not move your shoulder raises to the same day as your press/military press shoulder day? You need to let your muscles rest more than one day before breaking them down again. And you do power clean one day after squats and lower body day? Why again?

Looks really good bro... very strenuous regime. I would have to agree in allowing a little more recovery time. 2 days is adequate for most regimes but yours is a little but above and beyond. Are you totally refreshed/not soar come day 1 after resting days 6 and 7? If you are then more power to you and I am jelous! haha if not maybe allow for a little more rest somewhere

Yea I was sore for the first couple weeks now it doesn't even bother me anymore. I don't feel like I get a good workout unless I lift a lot.
