I weighed in at 190 2day. I look leaner so I'd imagine that some of the bloat I had accuried from last week is leaving me now that diet is dialed in.

DW, let me tell you how I get so many calories, very easily, and very clean.
Drink 1 gallon of milk a day
drink eggs
eat yogurt
throughout the day, in between meals, whenever, grab a glass of milk, a couple eggs, and a yogurt...easy calories, good source of protein.
Put some virgin olive oil in your shakes.
