2700 cals? damn that is low. I need close to 3,300 just to maintain my weight!

Consider it done fella's. I got 10lbs of mint choc. chip ATW protein on the way. I'll throw ~TBS of heavy whipping cream in there and snack on some oats before I work out. I'll also probably eat some eggs with that syntha-6 shake I have at night.

Workout. I changed it up a little from what I orginally listed. A little more volume. I felt great yesterday and 2day.

DW, let me tell you how I get so many calories, very easily, and very clean.

Drink 1 gallon of milk a day
drink eggs
eat yogurt

throughout the day, in between meals, whenever, grab a glass of milk, a couple eggs, and a yogurt...easy calories, good source of protein.

Put some virgin olive oil in your shakes.

I totally forgot about the olive oil, IDK how I just got done with a CKD and I ate that shit for brekfast lunch and dinner. I'll start throwing that into by sirloin/rice/asparagus get up. ~1/2 TBS in each will give me about another 300calories.

Another good call on the eggs. I'm moving soon and I can buy 15dozen for $10. I just dont have the room for them where I am at now.

Diet is going well. I am pretty sore 2day in my chest, front delts and pec minor/lats. Triceps aren't as sore as everything else. I need some suggestions for 2maros workout here's what I was thinking of doing

Deadlifts
6sets: 10,8,6,4,2
-Last set drop set with 225 (DC style)

CG Pull-Down (Underhand Grip/Palms facing me)
4sets: 12,10,8,15

Alternating DB curls
1set 10 Followed by intense Bicep Stretch

Straight Arm Pull Down
1set 10 Followed by intense Lat Stretch.

Any suggestions?
