I was gonna train this morning but i only got 6hrs of sleep. Went and did my ish and then slept for about another hour and I feel real good. I will workout later 2nite. Im stil pretty sore in my pec minor/lat area which is cool and shitty at the same time. My side delts are also a little sore 2day and weren't yesterday. Legs and lower back are good to go though.

And what you guys can bust my balls about my diet but got nothing about my routine

Just messin' Im not going to train for about 6 hours from now so if you got any suggestions throw em' at me.

Well believe it or not they are probably the most useless muscles in baseball infact mine get sore (bad sore) from throwing if I dont get my elbow higher than my shoulder.

I prolly should have said something about that huh? They should get stimulate from underhand grip Pull Downs. I think I read that doing those stimulate the bi's almost as much as preacher curls :think:

My core is sooooooo sore 2day. All the muscles up my spine are sore, my traps are hella tight, my forearms and lats. I like it though, I know them deads kick'd my ass. Can't wait to get back at it next week.

Doing pretty good 2day, diet has been about on point. I missed a few meals because I was writting a f u c k ing paper. I can't wait to hit chest and tris 2maro. Only working out 3days/week is kida weird.
