I didn't do curls or pull overs but I did stretch.
I missed my pre-workout mix of goodies which suck'd and I also missed 2 meals because I got busy at work.
My core is sooooooo sore 2day. All the muscles up my spine are sore, my traps are hella tight, my forearms and lats. I like it though, I know them deads kick'd my ass. Can't wait to get back at it next week.
