Hey guys I want to make it more of a priority to get over here so I'm pretty sure I will if I start a log.
I just returned from our FL spring trip and Im hitting .458

I'll update how I did from game to game and also my workouts. I will be doing a 3 day/week split. Focusing on the big lifts to stay strong for the season but also not crap out. I'll make a list of supp's once all of them get here.
Workout Routine
Monday: Leg Press 6sets & Leg Ext/Curl 3sets
Tue: OFF
Wed: Incline BB bench 5sets & CG BB bench 5sets
Thur: OFF
Friday: Deadlift's 6sets & CG Pull-Down 4sets
Sat & Sun: OFF
Im going to eat between 3,000-3,500cals/day. I am currently 5'9" 192lbs and between 9-10% BF
My goal is to stay about this size and build strength. If I gain some LBM or lose some fat.....great but it's not a priority
