Just got back from the gym. The plan was to do some quads, abs, calves, and some light lateral delts to dissipate the prop I just shot in my left one.
Felt like a million bucks on the way there. I think the test is definitely working now. I warmed up, then went completely apeshit for 20 minutes. Did 4 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets lateral raises, 2 sets of decline situps, 1 set of leg lifts, and 3 sets of cable oblique side bends, all within 20 minutes. Basically no rest, or enough rest to walk to the water fountain and then to the next area of the gym to do my next exercise.
Then I got the one of the worst headaches I've ever had, which I still have, I feel dizzy and nauseous. So I left. I don't know if its just that I'm not used to the frequency and intensity of the training that I've recently been doing yet, or maybe the SD dose needs to be cut down. Or maybe I should just stick to the slow and steady, rest for a few between sets approach that I always have.
On to more important things......
I should be having sex tonight!
